Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We try to ship in one or two business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a product is backordered, we will contact you for up to date information.
Unless stated otherwise, all non-bulk items are shipped USPS First Class. Bulk orders of 10 or more items may be shipped differently.
International orders may be delayed due to customs. Please allow for additional shipping time.
Natural disasters, weather, holidays, and other events out of our control may affect shipping and delivery times.

Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Downloadable media (including but not limited to e-books and PDFs) sales are final. Other digital media cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Return shipping is at your expense.
Include your order number with your return. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is not necessary.
Refunds to your account will be made within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Returned items that show wear and tear will not be refunded or returned.
Bulk orders of 10 or more of the same item are not refundable.
